Intentionally the pictures of the Katulampa Weir (Bogor, West Java, Indonesia) not included here as I want to show only the flow of the Ciliwung River before and after entering the weir.
The water debit of the river that comes from upstream areas entering two types of weirs. The Katulampa Weir serves to regulate the flow of water. A small part of water debit distributed into the channel irrigation. The water flows in this man-made channel is always being kept shallow and steady. While the rest comes down and out of the weir –continue to flow in its river path. The water level always monitored and reported by the weir guards.
