The Cause of Cravings in Pregnant Women

Some pregnant women like to eat spicy salad every day, and most people understand because she is craving. In fact, eating spicy and sour dishes every day is improper, because it can trigger diarrhea and you need another dish variation.

Cravings or preference to certain foods during pregnancy, actually happen because of the sense of taste in expecting women experience changes.
