Use Innovative Ways to Kick the Butt

>> Mar 21, 2014

Smoking is not just a bad habit that annoys others around you due to all the smoke and bad smell, but it is actually a habit that can cause you to slowly painfully die if not terminated as soon as possible. Cancer that can be produced by smoking is very bad and at time incurable, and this is all not just to the smoker itself but also to the people around them who can get the effect of second hand smoke. So now with all this that you know why would you want to keep on smoking? Now maybe you want to quit, so here are some ways you actually can quit.

Hypnosis
Lots and lot of ex-smokers have taken help from people and professionals who can hypnotise them to make them quit smoking. This is a great way for those who are not very strong willed and easily break on pressure or even just by seeing others smoke they are able to give up on quitting and pick up smoking again. Hypnosis helps them in various ways to stay strong even when others blowing smoke rings on their face and it also helps them to stay focussed to the idea that they want to quit and feel proud of the fact that they decided on quitting and not smoking ever again.

E-cigarettes
Many people are not able to give up on their dosage of nicotine that easily and they need that dosage to feel alive and to stay energized and focus at their work. But what they really miss is the action of using a cylindrical object on which they can inhale upon and then blow smoke out. For people like these there is an option called the electronic cigarettes. These are nothing but a simulator with a nicotine cartridge in it which turns nicotine liquid into vapour when inhaled which one can blow out of their mouth as smoke. There is even an LED light at the tip which emits orange light like a natural cigarette would emit from the burning of the tip. green smoke reviews has been very beneficial as well.

Patches and gums

Some people just smoke for the sake of the nicotine dose and that’s it. Nicotine is the addictive ingredient in smoking and more and more people do get addicted to cigarettes because of it. Hence when people do want to give up on smoking they are not able to due to their dependency on nicotine. For such people there are various nicotine patches, nicotine gums and even nicotine lozenges that can be bought from any normal medical stores these days. They are able to provide the user with their dose of nicotine without any harmful carcinogens which are found in the cigarette. But one should be able to understand that how many patches or gums or lozenges one should take in a day since too much nicotine can also have some side effects on the body, so do have a chat with your family doctor before buying anything yourself.

How to Safely Clean Your Baby’s Toys

>> Mar 20, 2014

How to Safely Clean Your Baby’s Toys -It’s important that you take the time to properly and safely clean your baby’s toys. Not doing so can cause health problems for your little ones, and you can even end up spreading bacteria around your home, and you definitely don’t want that! Here are some of the best and most efficient ways that you can clean your baby’s toys without using potentially harmful chemical products!

1)   Fill a bucket, large bowl or even your bath with warm water. Add washing up liquid and any plastic toys that you might want to clean. Make sure the toys are soaked thoroughly and then use a sponge or cloth to scrub and wipe away any dirt or grime. Rinse each toy thoroughly with clean water and leave to air-dry. Your child’s plastic toys will now be clean and sanitised ready for your children to play with!
2)   Did you know that you can wash some plastic toys in your dishwasher? Make sure they have no mechanical components or batteries and simply pop them in with your next wash load! The hot water and cleaning agents will make quick work of your child’s dirty toys and will leave them looking as good as new!
3) Soft toys can usually be washed in your washing machine. Use a light detergent, preferably one that’s suitable for sensitive skin and just wash the toys as you would your clothes. Make sure you check any labels before doing so so that you aren’t going to be destroying any beloved toys!

4)   You can also hand wash any soft toys if you aren’t sure about using your washing machine. Fill a bowl or your sink with warm water and a little bit of detergent and wash as you would your clothes for a thorough and safe clean.
5)   Some plastic toys can be large and with lots of little places where germs and bacteria can hide. For bigger toys take a sponge, a clean toothbrush and mix together washing up liquid and warm water. Start by wiping down as much as you can with the sponge and cleaner. You can use the toothbrush to scrub away at those hard-to-reach areas. Make sure to rinse away any suds and leave to air-dry.
6)   Sometimes you might want to clean your baby’s toys more thoroughly. After your child has been ill, or perhaps when toys are especially dirty, you might want to consider using an antibacterial spray. This is completely safe to do as long as you make sure that the toy is thoroughly rinsed through afterwards. Use either an antibacterial wipe to sanitise toys, or soak a clean cloth or sponge in an antibacterial agent. Clean the toy thoroughly and rinse to ensure there’s no product left behind. To be as thorough as possible, leave the toy to soak in clean water after using the antibacterial product, before removing and leaving it to air dry.
7)   Try to get into the habit of regularly cleaning your children’s toys. This doesn’t need to be done on a weekly basis, as it can be good for your child to experience some bacteria. Instead, think about Paddington deep cleaning of toys every month, or whenever you choose to thoroughly cleanse your home. Over-cleaning your child’s toys can cause them to deteriorate faster and no little one wants that, so be careful and aware of how often you’re cleaning them.

Random Monday

>> Mar 17, 2014

I had another lazy and rainy weekend. I went nowhere and tried to write a few articles. My husband had a reunion event with his high school friends yesterday (Sunday). He asked me to attend the reunion together but I wasn’t in a good mood to go.

After the womb-removing surgery last year, I still feel afraid to be in the same room with new people. I don’t mind attending a reunion with college friends and family gathering events as they aren’t strangers for me; most of them already know my situation.

I recognize only a few of my husband’s friends. Here is the bad think in my mind. I was at a friend of my husband's home and there were about thirty people there. I know no one of them and every one asking the same question to me, “How many kids do you have?” If they ask at different times, should I explain my situation over and over again? So tiring and cutting my emotion.

It may seem too exaggerated; but I still can’t let go this feeling. I’m still fragile. I know that I need more time to heal totally. I have tried to find a community of women who have similar condition, but still no luck. The community of women who struggle for being pregnant is easier to find. Aku Ingin Hamil (I want to be pregnant) is a famous community with many members here.

I told my husband about my worry. He just smiled and said that he’s able to understand.  He attended the reunion alone and he seemed having good times with his friends.

Blue paper glasses with Messi, Torres and Drogba :)

For Blue Monday, I’ll share other thing. The euphoria of approaching the 2014 FIFA World Cup has started since last year, I guess. As we all know, this football world tournament will take place in Brazil, from 12 June to 13 July, 2014. But Indonesian people have very important legislative general election next month ( April 9th). The open campaign period started yesterday!

Sorry for the glares. CR7 offers you fried chicken :)

Famous football players like Messi, Ronaldo, Drogba and Torres are really celebrities. Becoming football players in big clubs makes them the wealthy people. I saw them in several advertisements and commercials.  Even my brother collected some paper glasses with their photos :)

The Difference and Last Update

Is it the same spider? Both were taken in our front yard but at different plants and times.

Captured at the Japanese bamboo plant in January 2013. The legs are complete.

Captured at the red palm tree this morning. I saw missing legs here. Where are the other two legs?

The latest update of our cats' life. Captured about two hours ago. They are getting along but Mocca still keeping a distance. Gray and Reno are close one another.
