A description of the certification

The ITIL v3 Foundation certification is an entry level or foundation tier certification that has a considerable amount of importance in the ITIL. This certification offers each and every candidate a general awareness, comprehension, a general idea, key elements, key points, terminologies and concepts of the ITIL lifecycle. This also includes the lifecycle stages, the processes used and their contribution to service management practices.

The ITIL v3 Foundation certification is an entry level certification and neither is it hard and nor is it expensive. Busy Week

Last week was a busy one. Since last Thursday, my oldest brother and his wife came. Their main purpose was looking for a new school for their youngest daughter –she will continue her education here (Bogor, West Java Province, Indonesia). Right now they live in another city and island (Pontianak, West Kalimantan); but in four months ahead, my SIL, niece and nephew will move and live together with us.

 

The quest for new school was going well; last Friday they got an available primary school that not far from our home. My brother had to catch his flight on Saturday afternoon, yet my SIL was able to stay until Monday. We had a family gathering that we’d like to attend on Sunday.  Happily, my other –the third- brother could come on Saturday night.

 

We attended the family gathering in a cousin’s house last Sunday; we had a wonderful big-family time there but I forgot to take pictures -silly me. This Monday morning we drove my brother to the train station. A friend was able to drive my SIL to the airport this afternoon –we were able to rest :)
