How to look like a million dollar with a low budget

You don’t need to have a lot of money to be stylish. Well, it can be easier if you had a ton of cash but the thing is that you should just be a bit more creative and even with a small budget you can look like a million dollar. Concentrate on the fun and originality and you will look astonishing.

1.   Hair

Greasy hair and you don’t have time to wash it? You can put it in a small container and put a little powder onto it, mix it up so that the powder is evenly placed on the balm, and then you can put it on your lips with a lip brush or your finger.
