You don’t have to spend a lot of money to pamper your dog. As you read through the following ideas, select the ones that best fit your dog’s personality and your budget. Keep in mind that what your dog loves most is spending time with you. It’s important that you incorporate shared activities into your pampering plan.

Toys

A young, energetic dog needs toys to play with. It’s especially good if you select toys that the two of you can enjoy together. A Frisbee, balls and other items that can be used in a game of fetch are great for exercise and training. Interactive toys are fun for your dog and entertaining for you watch it find tidbits of hidden food. Tug toys are a great idea because they require you to be a participant and your dog will love that.

Spa treatments

Pet spa in Plymouth has some excellent ways to pamper your dog. A shed-reducing spa treatment can eliminate some of the pet hair issues you have at home. If you have a breed of dog that requires regular trimming, ear cleaning treatments or foot and nail treatments, incorporating a massaging bath into the grooming plan is a nice way to pamper your dog. If you’re considering getting a dog, shelters are filled with dogs yearning for a loving home. Instead of judging by appearance, choose a dog that tugs at your heart string. Then treat it to a spa bath and grooming treatment. The transformation may amaze you. Dogs often feel the same type of muscle aches and discomfort we do as they get older. A warm bath and relaxing massage is a compassionate way to pamper your aging dog.

Treats

You could prepare homemade treats for your dog to pamper it. Another option would be taking your dog to the local pet bakery. This would be a great socialization opportunity for both of you and a routine event your dog could look forward to.

Your dog deserves love and attention every day. Mixing in some pampering moments and shared activities is a bonus way to make your dog feel happy, healthy and immensely loved.

Guide to Start the Cornhole Game with Your Family

Outdoor games with the family are downright fun. There's something about the sun and fresh air which injects extra energy into any game played. Even board games seem better when played at an outdoor table. The best thing about outdoor games is their ability to be invented out of thin air. Perhaps this is how the official cornhole game was created.

The cornhole game is known by many names. For example, corn or bean bag toss, or soft horseshoes. The basics required for the game are the board and the bags. Nevertheless, if you want to go the official route, there are guidelines to follow. For instance, the cornhole board needs to be four feet long and two feet wide with a six-inch hole centered nine inches from the top and a foot from each side. Official cornhole bags need to measure six square inches and weigh 15 ounces.

Where to throw the bags is also an official setting. The board needs to be placed on a level setting with two pitch boxes parallel to it that are three feet wide. Smaller players throw from 21 feet while older players toss from 27 feet.

Competition is between single opponents or doubles. When single players are participating, each throws four corn bags in the direction of the hole. In doubles, the players share the bags until all have been thrown. The individual or team which receives the most points in the first "inning" tosses first in the next round.

And what are the scoring rules? Three points are awarded for those who get the corn bag directly in the hole. One point is given to a player if their bag lands anywhere on the board, including on the edge of the circle. A player receives no points when if their bag doesn't reach the board. Once a player or team reaches 21 points a winner is declared.

There is plenty of detailed information on the official way to play the cornhole game at sites like Custom Corn Toss. You can also find forums and sites on how to build cornhole boards, sew together bags, and the best ways to hold competitions. Regardless of what you do, have fun with your family and don't get too competitive in your quest for fun in the sun.

Things to Consider before Booking a Limo Rental in Chicago

Nothing says class like being picked up and dropped off in a limo. The entire experience is meant to put all passengers’ minds at ease and bring them to their destination in as much luxury as possible. For those new to limousine travel, here are some helpful etiquette tips to keep in mind before the limo arrives.

1. Always request a car that has been labeled as non-smoking. This is done to avoid any unpleasant smells that may linger within the car. The only exception to this rule, or course, is if someone in the party is a smoker.

2. Always allow the chauffeur to open the door and assist any passengers while they leave the vehicle. Never try and open the door yourself. This is the duty of the chauffeur and any attempt to leave the vehicle by oneself is generally frowned upon.

3. When entering the vehicle, sit in the seat first and swing your legs in. Slide over if necessary. Never just step into the vehicle and enter. This will cause your rear end to stick out at everybody else in the party and is generally considered very uncouth and ill-mannered.

4. Never ask the driver to speed or to engage in any other illegal behavior.

5. The power seat is considered to be the back seat on the right. This seat should always be reserved for the most important person in the party. The most uncomfortable seat in the limo is generally considered to be the "jump seat" or the seat facing backwards. If there is a "pecking order" established in the party, it would be wise to assign seating accordingly.

6. The tip to the driver should be at least 20% but certainly more is appreciated if you feel the service provided during limo rental Chicago. The tip should be ready by the time the last person gets out of the limo and preferably should be handed over in an envelope as discreetly as possible.

By following these etiquette tips, it is virtually assured that your limo ride will be as enjoyable and smooth as possible.
