Rice water treatment

  • Add white rice and some cold water to the blender to obtain liquid.
  • Keep the rice water of grind overnight for it to settle and take the white milk.
  •  Combine rice water with heated water (ratio 1:1.5)
  •  Soak hands in the liquid for 10 minutes daily. No need to wash off.
  • Do not keep the rice water for more than 2 days.

9. Green Tea
Green tea has many benefits to the skin. Group of antioxidants called catechin in green tea can be more potent than vitamins C and E in reducing the risk of cell damage, helping to detox, smoothening the skin, and keeping your skin young longer.

Directions:

  •  Make a mixture consisting of 1 tablespoon of ground green tea, 2-3 tablespoons of plain yogurt and a pinch of turmeric powder
  •  Apply the mixture in the hands for 20 minutes.
  • Rinse with lukewarm water.
  • The frequency is once or twice a week.

Besides, drinking 1 to 2 cups of green tea daily can make the aging process slower.
