  • Do not keep the rice water for more than 2 days.

9. Green Tea

Directions:

  •  Make a mixture consisting of 1 tablespoon of ground green tea, 2-3 tablespoons of plain yogurt and a pinch of turmeric powder
  •  Apply the mixture in the hands for 20 minutes.
  • Rinse with lukewarm water.
  • The frequency is once or twice a week.

Besides, drinking 1 to 2 cups of green tea daily can make the aging process slower.
