  • Wash hand with warm water.

2. Bananas

  •  Obtain pulp by mashing 1 ripped banana by hand or food processor.

  •   Clean hand with lukewarm water.
  •  Repeat twice a week.

3. Pineapples

  •  Make fresh pineapple pulp or juice. A tablespoon of honey can be added.
  •  Apply the pulp or liquid to the wrinkled surface in your hands and gently massage.
  •  Rinse off with clean water after 15 to 20 minutes.
  •  Regularly reiterate the process.

4. Tomatoes

  • Rub the paste on the hands and leave for 10 minutes.

8. Rice

Rice water treatment

  • Add white rice and some cold water to the blender to obtain liquid.
  • Keep the rice water of grind overnight for it to settle and take the white milk.
  •  Combine rice water with heated water (ratio 1:1.5)
  •  Soak hands in the liquid for 10 minutes daily. No need to wash off.
  • Do not keep the rice water for more than 2 days.

9. Green Tea
Green tea has many benefits to the skin. Group of antioxidants called catechin in green tea can be more potent than vitamins C and E in reducing the risk of cell damage, helping to detox, smoothening the skin, and keeping your skin young longer.

Directions:

  •  Make a mixture consisting of 1 tablespoon of ground green tea, 2-3 tablespoons of plain yogurt and a pinch of turmeric powder
  •  Apply the mixture in the hands for 20 minutes.
  • Rinse with lukewarm water.
  • The frequency is once or twice a week.

Besides, drinking 1 to 2 cups of green tea daily can make the aging process slower.

1. Your child does not participate in activities they usually would


If your child is an active participant in sports or other physically engaging exercises, but suddenly does not want to take part in them anymore you should be wary of foot injuries. One of the most common causes of discomfort stems from heel issues. Here are the most common causes of heel pain in children.

2. Your child complains of pain in their foot


This should be the most obvious sign that your child has a problem with their foot. If a child complains for multiple days about foot pain in the same general area, and there are any signs that may indicate foot issues you should take your child to a kids podiatrist. Keep in mind that foot pain, especially if it is severe, is not normal, and needs to be treated swiftly.

3. If there is any swelling or bruising on any part of your child’s foot


Another easy indicator that your child is going through pain in their foot is if you see any noticeable swelling, bruising, redness, discoloration of the skin, or any other visual signs of injury. These signs can indicate many different causes, including:
     Sprains
