The Last Week in 2011

Happy new year to all! After a few days, I’m much better today. We didn’t go out in new year’s eve; but on Sunday, we had lunch at a special restaurant, an old colonial house. 
Last week, we spent two nights in Garut (West Java, Indonesia) and visited Cangkuang Lake. We rented a bamboo raft to cross the lake; the price was Rp 60.000,- (about $ 6-7). Reaching the island, we took a short walk around. There’s also an ancient Cangkuang Temple in this island, but I just saw the temple from a distance as I couldn’t take my father to climb the high stairs. Though it’s just a short trip and we didn’t visit another place, we enjoyed it.
