But today, the popularity of social media has made it into one of the biggest tools of online marketing and mass interaction for businesses. Not convinced? Though participants in the online survey were from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, rest of Europe, North America and South America, about three-fourth of them were in agreement on the importance of social media for marketing.
