A Bug?

>> May 17, 2014

It seemed that my friend’s orchid plants attracted interesting critters. Last week I shared tiny butterfly with symmetric patterns on each wing. But this time I’m still not sure it’s a critter or not.

Sorry for blurry shots
My husband took both shots. When my husband touched it with a tooth pick, this bug showed movement. I wanted to take another shots but the bug had already left the spot. I had no time to search for it carefully as we had to go at that time.

How cool. I think it might be an orchid mantis Lina.

Oh my! What an interesting critter... sort of looks like a tiny octopus on land! Happy Critter Day!

That's very odd indeed, but very interesting at the same time.

It's fascinating Lina. If you hadn't have said it was some kind of bug I would have thought it was part of the flower. Your husband took lovely photos!
