A Bug?
>> May 17, 2014
It seemed
that my friend’s orchid plants attracted interesting critters. Last week I
shared tiny butterfly with symmetric patterns on each wing. But this time I’m still
not sure it’s a critter or not.
Sorry for blurry shots |
My husband
took both shots. When my husband touched it with a tooth pick, this bug showed
movement. I wanted to take another shots but the bug had already left the spot. I
had no time to search for it carefully as we had to go at that time.

How cool. I think it might be an orchid mantis Lina.

These are such pretty shots, Lena.
I've never seen one before.
Of course we believe you! It's a gorgeous, pretty critter :) Good spotting!

What a spooky looking thing! I've never heard of an orchid mantis before.
Oh my! What an interesting critter... sort of looks like a tiny octopus on land! Happy Critter Day!
how neat!
That's very odd indeed, but very interesting at the same time.
It's fascinating Lina. If you hadn't have said it was some kind of bug I would have thought it was part of the flower. Your husband took lovely photos!
egads...kinda creepy looking. I'd not want to capture another photo...run, I would run.
Interesting little critter.
