A Strange-Looking Deer

Sorry, I forgot the name. I've tried to search it in Google, but still no luck. The deer captured at the Ragunan Zoo (Jakarta, Indonesia). I keep wondering what the functions of the holes near the eyes?

kijang..tapi kenapa dekat matanya ada juga lubang seperti hidung, sedang hidung normalnya masih ada...apapun itu..hasil jepretannya sungguh mengagumkan :)
Wow! It looks very different and unique... It has interesting twin horn! The holes near the eyes look like a scar.
