temperature. Remember children have come from a different environment with a

hot or too cold. Just learn how to balance the room temperature for your baby

reason sometimes babies wake up. Any parent or guardian must take the
initiative to regulate time duration of sleep. In case your child loves to
sleep a lot during daytime?
Then, be prepared of awakening up at
night because her or his sleeping time has been exhausted. What one needs to
emphasize on is the timing of sleep for your baby to have a balanced sleep time during the day and
night.

Feeling Hungry
Sometimes a hungry child is an angry
child. Why the loud cry from your baby at night? The satisfaction level of your
baby determines the level her/his comfort. When the child goes to bed early yet
not well fed, then s/he must have been awakened by an angry stomach demanding
for food. Always have a bottle warmer for these moments!
A limit of satisfaction for your
toddler is a priority. Any mother must be in a capacity to identify the level
of satisfaction of her toddler since the young always enjoy their sleep after a
good meal. A good meal means total combination of both qualities vs. quantity.
3)
Wetness
Who doesn't know that wetness brings
babies discomfort? The tendency of the toddler to wake up at night can
sometimes be caused by humidity. Also, the wetness is the sign of changing the
diapers.
The diapers cover when filled, they
need to urgently replaced. The delay to change new diapers will bring a lot of
discomfort to the baby because the skin always feels irritated by the excretion
products and this might keep the baby awake at night.
2)
Nightmares
I know how funny it sounds, to just
imagine the kind of nightmares toddlers experience. Were you really even aware
that babies too undergo nightmares that scare the sleep out of them?
To babies at 12 months plus, they
begin to experience nightmares. The moment a baby reaches 4 months, s/he starts
to have a normal adult sleeping hours and at 12 months plus, they already start
to have an experience of nightmares. These nightmares scare the hell out your
toddler hence waking up at night! If this happens to your baby, it would be a
great idea to get a co-sleeper for your little one.
1)
Sickness
Babies don't talk. The knowledge of
feeling sick is biological, and to your child, she might not know how to
express herself by saying she is feeling sick verbally. The language of
toddlers is full of gestures, and when having digestion problems or shedding of
teeth, the babies can be awake at night.
The pain or side effects caused by
illness rob babies sleep often. The attack by illness is inevitable and when
the toddler succumbs to these conditions, s/he will be awake at night because
her sleep has been snatched away by sickness.

allow me to rest my case by saying that, if our sleep is disturbed, then
obviously we will stay awake at night. There are numerous reasons why babies
